- Account & sign-in — include the email on your account (not your password).
- Delete my data — use Profile → delete account in the app, or email us and we’ll help. This permanently removes your account, progress, and related data we control.
- Swear words / content — turn “include swears” off in Profile (or during onboarding).
- AI chat issues — tell us your language, persona, and what went wrong (screenshots help). Chat replies are generated by AI and can be wrong or unexpected.
- Report harmful content — if a lesson or chat reply is abusive, illegal, or otherwise wrong for the app, email hello@parla.app with details.
